All participants are required to sign a waiver as Talbot County Parks & Recreation does not provide medical insurance coverage for persons participating in sponsored activities. By registering to participate in recreation programs, each applicant realizes the inherent risk of injury involved and understands the nature of these risks. The applicant agrees to hold Talbot County Parks & Recreation harmless for any injury caused by participation in these programs.
