Refund Policy


The Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If insufficient enrollment causes an activity to be canceled, participants will receive a full refund. If a participant drops out prior to the start of a program, a refund will be given. To request a refund, call or stop by the Community Center during business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. A refund will not be given after the start of a program or to team entrants who drop out of a program after the schedule is completed.
