The Jamie Webb Ice Hockey program is for children ages 4-14 years old that are able to skate. If your child cannot skate, we recommend that he or she take a class in our Learn-to-Skate program. The Power Hockey Skate Drills class curriculum is designed to strengthen and advance the fundamentals of hockey skating. Skaters will increase their energy, power and quickness, learn critical transitions, and become more agile on the ice. All elements will be taught without a stick or puck. Skaters will learn the necessary fundamentals of power skating to be successful in game situations. Advanced and more experienced synchro skaters will also work on more challenging formations, elaborate step sequences, lifts, and specialty skills.Class is available for youth levels Pre-Alpha 2 and up, ages 6 and up. By the end of the class skaters will know the first three pattern dances and be able to start skating them with the music.
