Power Hockey Skate Drills - Spring Power Hockey skate Drills The Power Hockey Skate Drills class curriculum is designed to strengthen and advance the fundamentals of hockey skating. Skaters will increase their energy, power and quickness, learn critical transitions, and become more agile on the ice. All elements will be taught without a stick or puck. Skaters will learn the necessary fundamentals of power skating to be successful in game situations. Skaters should have completed Pre-Alpha 2 or be proficient in skating forward and backwards prior to enrolling in this class. Each session will consist of 6 classes of 30-minute lessons. Power Hockey Skate Drills - Spring Power Hockey skate Drills The Power Hockey Skate Drills class curriculum is designed to strengthen and advance the fundamentals of hockey skating. Skaters will increase their energy, power and quickness, learn critical transitions, and become more agile on the ice. All elements will be taught without a stick or puck. Skaters will learn the necessary fundamentals of power skating to be successful in game situations. Power Hockey Skate Drills - Spring Power Hockey skate Drills The Power Hockey Skate Drills class curriculum is designed to strengthen and advance the fundamentals of hockey skating. Skaters will increase their energy, power and quickness, learn critical transitions, and become more agile on the ice. All elements will be taught without a stick or puck. Skaters will learn the necessary fundamentals of power skating to be successful in game situations.
