Form wheels, circles, lines, blocks, and intersections connected to other skaters. Posture & Flow for Intermediate Skaters - Posture & Flow Spring Session Posture and Flow for Intermediate Skaters is for aspiring figure skaters Pre-Alpha to Delta to work on figure skating specific skills. The learning focus is on building a good posture while skating, good form of the free leg position while gliding, and arms flow. Skaters will be learning or improving forward and backwards crossovers, forward two-foot turns and three-turns, mohawk steps, forward and backward edges, and step combinations.
Music, props and games will be incorporated.
This class is geared toward figure skaters as an introductory class modeled after Power and Edge. If you are looking for higher level class check out Power and Edge which begins at FS1.

Posture & Flow for Intermediate Skaters - Posture & Flow Spring Session Posture and Flow for Intermediate Skaters is for aspiring figure skaters Pre-Alpha to Delta to work on figure skating specific skills. The learning focus is on building a good posture while skating, good form of the free leg position while gliding, and arms flow. Skaters will be learning or improving forward and backwards crossovers, forward two-foot turns and three-turns, mohawk steps, forward and backward edges, and step combinations.
Music, props and games will be incorporated.
This class is geared toward figure skaters as an introductory class modeled after Power and Edge. If you are looking for higher level class check out Power and Edge which begins at FS1.
