This special one-day clinic hosted by Joel McKeever and Jeffrey Nolt will focus on plyometrics for jumping reflexes, alignment exercises and rotational exercises and some jumps on the floor, and learn exercises and drills you can work on at home. On the ice, Joel and Jeffrey will teach an edge class working the fundamentals of lean and bend and steering to create lobes, creation of and maintenance of power, skating skills and turn execution, spirals, toe turns, and footwork too. It will be fun and challenging! At the end of the clinic, participants will be broken up into groups for jumps and spins!

Joel McKeever: 10-time National competitor, 9-time International competitor, 2-time World competitor, Qualified for 1998 Olympics, National Champion: Fours, 1991 Singles, Pairs, Moves in the Field, Power classes, Stroking, Over 20 years of experience, Coach UD Collegiate Team; Intermediate, Novice & Junior US Pairs Champions; Extensive number of skaters pass Senior Moves, Freestyle and/or Pairs Outstanding technical coach. Emphasis on good sportsmanship and manners that build character.
Jeffrey Nolt: 2-time National Junior Pairs competitor, 1981 World Professional Pair silver medalists, Principal pair, with sister Suzy, in Ice Capades and numerous productions nationally and internationally, Coach of regional and sectional competitors, adult national medalists, and junior national competitor, Senior rated in Choreography and Style, Assistant to Director, Production assistant and Research assistant, Figure skating unit--ABC Sports, CBS Sports snd CTV at 2 Olympics, 4 World Championships, 1 European Championships and 13 U.S. National Championships, Coach of silver medalist team, "Fine Wine", at first Theatre on Ice competition, Newark, Delaware
