Power and Edge
Power & Edge Figure Skating in particular helps to develop more explosive acceleration, powerful strides, agility and balance on the ice. Power & Edges Figure Ice Skating techniques focus on both speed and strength training, along with practicing proper skating techniques, including body positioning and balancing drills.

Because a beginning level of edge mastery and understanding is required, this class is for skaters in Freestyle Levels, or by request.
